Formation in the seminaries needs to be supported by a spiritual vision. Each of the activities needs to be relevant to and promoting the vision envisaged. As they reach this stage of their life as adults, their youthfulness needs to be challenged and a deep and a true analysis of the motives behind their journey needs to be carried out. Facilities provided should help make the vision feasible.
